great location but needs room upgrades
The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions, making travel convenient for our family. The hotel was gracious enough to provide us with connecting rooms, which truly enhanced our stay. The breakfast spread was surprisingly diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. The city view from our room was also a bonus!
The rooms felt a bit dated and had some minor stains in the bathroom.

The location is fantastic with two subway stations nearby. Plenty of eateries and convenience stores just around the corner. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the lack of air conditioning made the hotel uncomfortably warm, and the restaurant service was slow, especially for dietary concerns. Also, the building was undergoing renovations, which added to the overall inconvenience.

Lovely location with easy access to public transport and numerous eateries nearby. The room was decent, though it had some dated features. Staff was friendly and attentive, but the bathroom issues were inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant experience, especially with airport access right at the door.

Fantastic location above a subway station and close to shopping areas. We enjoyed easy access to everywhere in the city!

Very convenient location right above Uehommachi station. easy access to shopping centers and major attractions made traveling a breeze. The lobby impressed me with its recent remodel, offering a stylish and pleasant atmosphere to unwind after a day's adventures.
The air conditioning left a lot to be desired. even at max settings, it struggled during the hot summer nights. The lack of a desk in my room made it tricky to get work done, and the lounge felt cramped with limited service hours. It would've been nice if the rooftop pool allowed kids. that little detail wasn’t clear upfront and could be a letdown for families.

Excellent breakfast and ideal location
Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean and our room offered a fantastic view of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with fresh options like sushi and omelettes. The location is perfect for exploring local attractions, yet it's not overwhelmed by tourists. The only improvement could be the efficiency of the check-in process, as it felt a bit rushed and impersonal.

Clean and comfortable accommodation.
The staff's ability to communicate in English was frustratingly poor. We had significant issues with the air conditioning, which made our stay uncomfortable. Furthermore, the additional charge for pool access felt unreasonable for a supposed luxury hotel.
